Videofluorography vs. Cineradiography, Coding for, Correction
Question
In reviewing the September 2000 CPT Assistant, the second to last sentence indicates that "IV injection of photoactive drug (90784) should be reported separately, if done on a different day." This information does not seem to apply to this procedure. Is there a circumstance where these two procedures would be performed together?

The previously quoted sentence should not have been included as part of the Coding for videofluorography (Videofluoroscopy) vs. Cineradiography article. Therefore, that sentence should be disregarded.
