Iliac Branched Endograft Placement
For the 2020 edition of the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) code set, two new codes (34717, 34718) have been added to report endovascular repair with placement of an iliac endograft. In addition, new guidelines and parenthetical notes have been added and existing guidelines and parenthetical notes have been revised throughout the code set to provide instruction on the correct reporting of codes 34717 and 34718. This article provides information about these changes.
