The Aqueous Shunt subsection in the Surgery/Eye and Ocular Adnexa section of the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) 2015 code set has been re-evaluated because of the frequency of graft utilization when performing aqueous shunt procedures. Two new codes were added and two existing codes were revised to better reflect current medical practice.
