What is the appropriate code to report for a Morgagni hernia with incarcerated omentum with laparoscopic repair with mesh? There is a parenthetical statement before code 39501, which states, For laparoscopic repair of diaphragmatic [esophageal hiatal] hernias and fundoplication, see 43280, 43281, 43282. Is this the correct code series to report a Morgagni hernia?
