What is the appropriate method to report performance of a sensory nerve conduction of the right sural, left sural, right superficial peroneal, and left superficial peroneal nerves for amplitude and latency/velocity studies? Would it be appropriate to append modifier 52 to describe the performance of the right and left superficial peroneal nerve studies, in which our physician was unable to obtain measurable values?
