Would it ever be appropriate to report code 98928, Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT); 7-8 body regions involved, with a quantity of 2 or more? For example, a patient presents to the office and has OMT of 7-8 body regions. Immediately following the OMT, the patient has physical therapy. After physical therapy the patient has another OMT of the same 7-8 body regions again, all in one encounter visit.
