Is it appropriate to report CPT codes 11000, Debridement of extensive eczematous or infected skin; up to 10% of body surface, and CPT code 11001, each additional 10% of the body surface, or part thereof (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure), if 11% of the body surface was debrided?
