What code would be reported to describe insertion of non-tunneled centrally inserted central venous access device with subcutaneous port? Codes 36560-36561 are defined as tunneled. At times the documentation reflects insertion of a CV catheter directly into a central vein with a subcutaneous port, but without the mention of tunneling.
