What code should be reported for a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) ramp study performed during a diagnostic right-heart catheterization? An LVAD hemodynamic ramp study is performed by measuring hemodynamic variables and LVAD parameters at incremental levels of flow through the device using transthoracic echocardiography (TTE). Would this be reported with code 93750 or another code, or is it included in the right-heart catheterization?
