The degenerative spring ligament ruptured and a repair of the ligament with 2-0 FiberWire figure-of-eight was performed. The spring ligament was now easily visible and there were degenerative tears in the tendon. These were excised and the spring ligament (plantar calcaneonavicular ligament) was repaired. What code should be reported when the surgeon does repair of the spring ligament in the foot?
