The descriptor for CPT 93306 includes with spectral Doppler and with color flow Doppler. What code(s) should be reported when the echo report documents Doppler, but does not specific color flow? Would it be appropriate to report CPT 93306-52 if Doppler measurements are documented but there is no specific mention of color flow Doppler?
