Can complex repair codes be reported separately from open fracture debridement codes when the fracture is not fixated through the same wound? For example, bone debridement at the site of an open fracture (11012) at the tibia, with a complex layered closure of the 5 cm traumatic wound (13121), and then an intramedullary nail stabilization of the tibia fracture performed through separate incisions (27759).
