Is the note at the beginning of code range 63001-63048, "When 63001-63048 are followed by arthrodesis, see 22590-22614," to be interpreted to mean that only one code from the arthrodesis range 22590-22614 is to be reported if a diskectomy and arthrodesis are performed together at the same site?
