Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is performed every 6 months. At each subsequent visit, the ophthalmologist reviews and compares previous OCT tests and documents findings in relation to the current visit. For MDM data purposes, can MDM be credited for data reviewed for each encounter when the analysis/comparisons of previous OCTs are documented?
