The provider is submitting a burn care treatment code with subsequent visit diagnosis and a skin graft status diagnosis. Dressings are applied to the left arm post graft burn site by the nurse. Would this be considered a burn care treatment with applicable CPT codes of 16020-16030 or a wound care treatment?
