Many of our patients are spinal injury or chronic pain patients on whom we have performed manipulation of the spine while they were under general anesthesia. We are currently using code 22505, Manipulation of spine requiring general anesthesia, any region. Is this the correct code to use?In our procedures, we describe the segments involved but do not have a separate code for each segment.
