We are performing a procedure called Zenker's Per Oral Endoscopic Myotomy (Z-POEM). They use a flexible endoscope with a clear cap secured to the tip. They maneuver the flexible scope to the Zenker's diverticulum located at the cricopharyngeus muscle in the upper esophagus. They inject a solution to create a submucosal bleb, then divide the cricopharyngeus muscle down to its base, flattening out the diverticulum. Lastly, they use endoclips to close the mucosotomy before removing the flexible endoscope. What code is used to report this novel service?
