With regards to CPT codes 99485 and 99486 for non-face-to-face supervision of pediatric critical care transport, I am confused on how to report this timed service. For example, what would be the appropriate code to report for 40 minutes of supervision time spent by a control physician of interfacility transport care of the critically ill 12-month-old patient?
