I have to admit that a month doesn't go by without me receiving at least one call from a Medical Billing Company owner asking me if I know of anybody who has the qualification and experience to fill the role of: Chief Operation Officer (COO) Director of Billing Operations Billing Office Manager, etc. In other words, do I know someone who could be their second in command?
