MedRhythms Secures New Reimbursement Code for InTandem Stroke Rehabilitation System

MedRhythms has announced that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has granted a new reimbursement code for its innovative stroke rehabilitation system, InTandem.   InTandem is specifically designed to enhance walking ability in individuals with chronic stroke.   The newly assigned Health Care Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) code, E3200, qualifies InTandem under Medicare's durable medical equipment benefit category.
