Does your office complete yearly code/Superbill reviews when the new codes come out?  If you're not doing it themselves internally - do you outsource this piece?I don't know about you - but rejections based on an invalid code drive me a bit batty!  If someone in your office would take the time to review your code changes, and make the necessary changes to your superbills / charge masters, it'd make the lives of those on the back-end doing accounts receivable much easier!  The argument that there's just not enough time should not be accepted.
