2016 salary survey: Focus on learning, not formal education

Getting a four-year college degree won’t automatically push you into a higher salary range. The chart titled “Average pain management administrative staff salary — level of education” in this month’s Physician TipSheet shows that administrative staff with high school diplomas or the equivalent are second only to those with a post-graduate degree.
