BREAKING NEWS: One-Year Delay for ICD-10 is Finalized; Meaningful Use Rule also issued

CMS on August 24 posted a rule to the Federal Register that finalizes the proposed one-year delay for the ICD-10 code set. Separately, the agency also issued a final rule that sets the second phase of attestation for electronic health records (EHR) incentive payments no sooner than 2014.
