CPT adds Category III codes for nerve stimulator for morbid obesity

New CPT Category III codes include a series for obesity treatment using an implanted neurostimulator to block the Vagus nerves. The five new codes, 0312T-0316T, cover implant, revision, removal and replacement of the electode array and the pulse generator.
