December Tool of the Month: Major CCI manual changes

The new manual debuted Dec. 1 but does not take effect until Jan. 1, 2012 (just in time for the 2012's first quarter round of CCI edits, see related story here). You'll find this table to be a quick guide highlighting the manual's biggest changes selected chapters to match up with the new CCI edits.
