ICD-10 code set changes for asthma and more set for April 1

Look for changes to both the tabular list of ICD-10-CM codes and the coding guidelines for the code set, which will take effect April 1. The code updates, which were issued January 11 by the CDC, include revisions to the “Excludes 2” note found under J45 (Asthma).
