MAC Q & A: Transthoracic echocardiogram for a child

Question: I can't find a code for transthoracic echocardiogram (code 93303) in the ASA Crosswalk. I'm wondering if there is an exception when this test is performed on a child and the anesthesiologist is called in to provide deep sedation. Should moderate sedation code 99148 be used for this, or is there an anesthesia code that can be used for the transthoracic echocardiogram that I've missed?
