Good news: If you do chronic care management, watch for pay on non-face-to-face services. Every year, the story seems to start the same way: Based on the proposed 2014 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule your payment rates for services rendered on and after Jan. 1, 2014 will be subject to across-the-board payment cuts via the conversion factor, as mandated by the Sustainable Growth Rate under current law.
