Utah Subscriber Answer: For the inferior vena cava mechanical vacuum thrombectomy, the most appropriate code is 37187 (Percutaneous transluminal mechanical thrombectomy, vein[s], including intraprocedural pharmacological thrombolytic injections and fluoroscopic guidance).
