Iowa Subscriber Answer: The correct code for the enteroscopy is 44360 (Small intestinal endoscopy, enteroscopy beyond second portion of duodenum, not including ileum; diagnostic, including collection of specimen(s) by brushing or washing, when performed [separate procedure]).
