The feds are reviewing the top 25 most requested lab tests, new report says. Clinical tests are a necessary part of medicine and often lead to more informed diagnoses and better treatment plans. Moreover, the majority of providers and labs are on the up-and-up, but the OIG continues to monitor improper claims related to lab work, looking at false claims and kickbacks.
