Bill gives providers more time to repay loans. If you’ve put COVID-19 payment recoupment on your fall to-do list, you may have some more time. Backtrack: Last spring, the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) expanded its Accelerated and Advance Payment (AAP) program to assist providers dealing with COVID-19.
