Industry Notes: HHS Extends Phase 2 PRF Application Deadline

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) pushed out the application deadline for Phase 2 of the CARES Act Provider Relief Funds’ (PRF) payments.
Details: “Applications are currently open for Phase 2 General Distribution funding for Medicaid, Medicaid managed care, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), dental providers, and certain Medicare providers,” HHS online guidance says. Interested providers now have until Aug. 28, 2020 to apply.
