'Medicare Extra' proponents pushing for $250 per-person deductible.As Medicare beneficiaries and health care consumer organizations become increasingly confused and dissatisfied with the new prescription drug benefit, the Commonwealth Fund wants an all-inclusive option for Medicare enrollees.
