Rehab: Medicare Act Holds Buried Treasure For Therapists
The therapy cap moratorium isn't the only good news for therapists.Therapists who have been drowning in Medicare's administrative quagmire can take heart: Congress has thrown them a lifeline. Buried in the thousands of pages that make up the newly enacted Medicare Prescription Drug, Improve-ment and Modernization Act of 2003 lie regulatory reform provisions that could ease therapists' administrative burdens.
