change reasonThis code originally used the word 'heparin' to describe the drug used in the serotonin release assay. It was determined from communication with the Blood Center of Wisconsin that either 'LMW heparin' or 'unfractionated heparin' can be used, and that these 2 codes must be intended to reflect the result using unfractionated heparin. As a result, the name was modified to better reflect the intended meaning.
