last change typeNAM  - change to Analyte/Component
change reasonUpdated the PhenX ID from "PhenX." to "PX" in Survey Question Source field to align with the variable identifier used in the PhenX Toolkit. The Term Description was updated because TNM classification terms were Deprecated and removed from this panel. These terms did not accurately represent the TNM Classification, and replacement terms will not be created. The TNM classification is maintained and copyrighted by the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC), copyright permission has not been granted.; Added the PhenX protocol ID to the Component to clearly define the protocol version for which this panel is based upon.
