nameLeft ventricular Ejection fraction by US.2D+Calculated by Teichholz method
descriptionThis term represents the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) based on left ventricular (LV) end-diastolic and end-systolic volumes as calculated by the Teichholz method from measurements taken during 2D cardiac echo. The Teichholz formula is used to calculate left ventricular volume as follows: LV end-diastolic volume = [7/2.4 + Dd]x[Dd]^3, where Dd = the left ventricular internal dimension (short axis) as measured at end-diastole, and LV end-systolic volume = [7/2.4 + Ds]x[Ds]^3, where Ds = the left ventricular internal dimension (short axis) as measured at end-systole. propertyVFr  =  Volume Fraction
timePt  =  Point in time:  To identify measures at a point in time. This is a synonym for “spot” or “random” as applied to urine measurements.
systemHeart.ventricle.left
scaleQn  =  Quantitative:  The result of the test is a numeric value that relates to a continuous numeric scale. Reported either as an integer, a ratio, a real number, or a range. The test result value may optionally contain a relational operator from the set {<=, <, >, >=}. Valid values for a quantitative test are of the form "7", "-7", "7.4", "-7.4", "7.8912", "0.125", "<10", "<10.15", ">12000", 1-10, 1:256
