The Gleason score at the PSM is a known independent predictor of biochemical recurrence and may be used in the selection of patients for adjuvant therapy.[PMID: 21992536] This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the cancer structured reporting protocols developed by the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) for structured reporting of various cancers. | ||
