The term is based on, but not limited in use to, one of the questions in a two-item measure for an individual's weight change goals used in the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS), is a national school-based survey conducted by CDC and state, territorial, tribal, and local education and health agencies as part of the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS).
