New: Find-A-Code Chat

Find-A-Code is proud to announce another industry first - Online Chat.  After a few weeks of testing we are happy to announce the availability of our new instant chat tool.  Now you can ask questions and get immediate answers during the times our support staff are online.

A new "Live Chat Online" button is located at the top of each website page:





When you click on the button you will see a chat window open up in your browser:





If our support staff is unavailable you will see:





When you click on the "Offline" button you will see a message window open up in your browser:





This allows you to instantly send us a message that will be answered as soon as our support personnel are available.

The chat feature is available to all visitors and subscribers to FindACode.com.  Please feel free to ask questions about the Find-A-Code service, using the website, products and pricing and other similar questions.

No other online medical coding library has a live chat feature - but we are sure they will follow our lead as soon as they can.  Once again Find-A-Code continues to set the standard for medical coding and billing information systems.
