The test analyzed coding regions for each of the following targeted genes: APC, ATM, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, BMPR1A, CDH1, CHEK2, CDK4, CDKN2A, EPCAM, FH, FLCN, MAX, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, MUTYH, NBN, NF1, PALB2, PMS2, PTEN, RAD51C, RAD51D, RET, SDHAF2, SDHB, SDHC, SMAD4, STK11, TMEM127, TP53, TSC1, TSC2, VHL. Should this panel be reported with code 81450 or should the test be reported using individual codes 81432 and 81435? If not, then which code(s) should be reported?
